Hotel Guests Complain

In a recent article on HotelMotel.com complaints about the stay at a hotel are on the rise. Like me, you have been a guest at a hotel and many times and found the room unprepared or dirty, or the personal heating/air conditioning unit unable to reach a comfortable temperature, etc... The list of goes on and on.



The majority of complaints about stays in hotels concern the professionalism, or lack there of, of the staff. A lot of the time the first impression made at check-in was when some guests reported being treated rudely.
